Using a few adjectives and maybe adverbs to describe. Here goes: A loud High pitched pansystolic murmur, with maximuam intensity at the apex. Fainter murmurs may only be heard in early systole. Fainter murmurs are well localized. All are best heard with the diaphragm firmly pressed. A ventricular "Knock is sometimes heard in extreme cases.
