assuming no effect on metabolism what consequences does a vasodilatory drug have on the Po2 A-V difference in resting skeletal muscle smiling face ?

This is not a documented answer but my opinion.....
Changes in P O2 AV difference are induced by muscle needs for O2. vasodilation increases the O2 offer but i dont think more O2 would actually diffuse through the capillary wall, beacuse the muscle is at rest. hence the AV difference in P O2 would remain unchanged.

Curious to hear the right answer or other ideas...
