I thought...

The development of the wolffian (Paramesonephric) ducts is influenced by the MIF.

Testosterone is important in determining the development of the external genitalia, not internal.

testosterone is responsible indeed for internal genitalia , it is dihydrotestosterone which is responsible for ext. genitalia [5-alpha reductase def.- ambiguous ext. genitalia]
