Hi Simi

Welcome to the forum. I'm planning on giving the exam around the same time, so it'd be good to help each other out. What are your weaker topics?

Good question, BTW. I have no real idea, but I'd guess it's the pulmonary circulation. It:
Has many many parallel pathways
Is relatively short
Has low muscular tone
But I don't know my circulatory system physiology well enough yet. Any ideas, anyone?

is it renal flow?????????

Pulmonary...it has to be, to be able to accept the full Card Output and not over load RV. Moreover, it has the highest branching, and it has the lowest muscular tone.
