What enzyme deficiency does the child have? A. Glucose-6-phosphate B. Glycogen debranching enzyme C. Hepatic glycogen phosphorylase D. Lysosomal alpha-1,4-glucosidase E. Muscle glycogen phosphorylase

In Type V - only skeletal muscle is affected, weakness and cramps after exercise,-no increase in lactate after exercise, normal glycogen structure with high levels in muscle, myoglobinuria later in life, cardiac muscle is not examined. liver and smooth mus. not affected
