hmmm.. i dont get it .. both nortrp and trazadone coz increased 5HT which would increase impulse control right ???

neways .. id go with nortryptaline ??

  #4

nortriptyline is the most sedating of all

  #5

nortriptyline coz the patient might attempt suicide again by taking its overdose and that will be lethal

this is interesting. if the question is asking which is least like to actually help the depression and increase chances of suicide, the answer is zolpidem, the hypnotic.

if the question is asking, which one has lots of toxicity and would be easy to use in suicide, i'd go with nortrip.

given the suicide hilite, i'd have to go here with nortip. also notice it doesn't ask which drug would help the condition, just which would make you worry the most.
