A. 0.81

B. 9

C. 90

D. 91

Att risk= disease risk in exposed grp - disease risk in unexposed grp=0.9
Att risk=A-B=0.9=> A= 0.9-0.01=0.89

RR= disease risk in exposed grp / disease risk in unexposed grp
RR=0.89/0.01=89~90

Correct answer is C

Sign error . +0.01 instead of -0.01

Att risk= disease risk in exposed grp - disease risk in unexposed grp=0.9
Att risk=A-B=0.9=> A= 0.9 + 0.01=0.91

RR= disease risk in exposed grp / disease risk in unexposed grp
RR=0.91/0.01=91

RR=91 definitely

Attributable risk =incidence rate w/exposure- (minus) - incidence rate w/out exposure

Relative risk = incidence rate w/exposure
w/out exposure

0.9=exposure (x) minus0.01
x=0.91

exposure =0.9+0.01= 0.91

You still have to calculate the RR
which is equal to 0.91/0.01= 91
