for usmle,i have bought its 15th edition just before the release of the new edtion.the ad says that almost all of the chapters has been updated.,really?do i need to buy the new edition ?is it worth ?

some chapters have been updated true ... but some explanations have been deleted too . they have also given a password for the harrison's website with each book to look up a few mcq and cases on their website ... i think u can just compare for urself ... the newer edition APPEARS to be smaller though than the older one ... basics still remain the same .
