Knowing that you speak from the stand point of the Program Coordinator, but with the intent of helping us the applicants, too, what do you suggest is better for gathering information about the program in order to make the most out of the application process? I don't want to bother anybody, but in the same time I want to get my information. Should I call the programs or e-mail them?
Thank you very much for all your help!

While my head screams  don't do either, I know that's not the answer that you need.

Call the programs. A telephone call is not as easy to ignore. An email can be deleted or just never answered, but a telephone call - you pretty much have to deal with it. Can't let the phone ring - my co-worker would kill me.

(To program coordinators nationwide, I apologize, but I had to answer this one!)
