hi,
I have a question about thankyou letters. I interviewed at a program i really want to get into last week. Do I send post interview thankyou letters to just the program director and co-ordinator or to everyone who interviewed me? Would that be overkill? I would appreciate your advice.

Program director will be enough - just add a line in there that you would like to thank all the persons that interviewed you.
