I believe its MI. There is no clear cut reason, but I tend to believe it has to do with Cortisol release in times of stress, which ends up freeing up glucose in the blood. Hence, alot of stress leads to alot of cortisol, leads to alot of glucose in the blood, which obviously over time can lead to an MI. Thats just my guess, but again, there is no clear reason as to why MI's are associated with Type a personalities.

aren't ulcers more common than MI?? besides the fact that you couldn't do a study to compare the two anyway (you can't have a control group of "stressful" people and wait for them to get MI) now would there be any reason to do a study comparing the two.
