Hi Merih,
I highly recommend PDAs made by Handspring. If you go to www.palmone.com you will see the models available. I currently own a PDA/cell phone called the Treo 600 which is made by that company. It functions as a PDA but also works as a cell phone. It's very convenient to use. Other models which are just a palm pilot are available by the company - one example that comes to mind is the Tungsten handheld PDA. Hope this helps.
