Hi.,I'm gonna start my MLE-I and II preperation,
Please guide me which set of books and Q-banks should i buy.

Anyone who has achieved this target and willing to guide his/her fellows....please do help me plan my preperation.

where are you rightnow, and when are you starting your studies.
I am also preparing for USMLE. I think just go thru the text once, with complete understanding of the concepts, if you can get help with kaplan lectures that would be a benefit. After that just do the questions with explanations. If you go thru two series, body system review and q bank I think that would be enough. Do these questions again and again.
Dont get into reading text again and again
May Allah help you

I have completely different opignion than imgpk. You have to read everything again and again and again. And when you feel like your head is going to explode because of reading , YOU JUST CONTINUE WITH YOUR READING and do as many q as you can.
I will quote Goljan " The more you read the higher score you will get"
Good luck.
