hi may, there are lots of things to consider. It is really tough to study while working full time. In my case I am not working but has 2 children I study when they're at school & asleep, i still find it very difficult. I spend 8 hrs. the most /day studying & it is still not sufficient. there are lots of things to study but don't despair w/ my comment, it is up to you how much sacrifices ur going to make. If ur single then I think it's easier. family is my priority vs. studying but there are times you really need to study so u'll miss going out w/ them most of the time, that frustrates me. What i usually do is try to finish soo much at night in order for me to have fun w/ them the next day it turns out i get cranky  if i don't get enough sleep. So it's hard but as everyone says in this forum it is doable. it's all up to you. Good luck..

refer to how others did it and I am sure you can do it too as I am trying to.. atleast 700 hrs of quality preperation accordign to a friend ( arrived at 3 months at 8 hrs a day) you can do it over six months at 4hrs a day. so good luck VM here is someone who accomlished it lately. http://www.prep4usmle.com/community/topic13400.ht...
