If I am not mistaken is it in Type I Gauchers disease ,in which there is defeciency of Glucocerbrosidase and here we use a recombinant enzyme called IMIGLUCOCERASE

Correct- perhaps you have another trade name(glucerase)-the substitute I know of is Alglucerase.
