Most common cause of inherited deafblindness - Usher's Syndrome (sensory hearing loss and retinitis pigmentosa).
Most common cause of vision and hearing impairment - aging
Other causes include - congenital rubella, CMV infection, accidents and trauma. Alport's syndrome also includes vision and hearing impairment but it inherited AD or X-linked
