hello everybody probably you don't remember me i am mana couple months ago i was asking your opinion so desperatly, i didn't know what to do take test or not, finally i decided to taket i took it on october 7 i wrote about my experiance, and miracle happened i passed and my score was 89. i couldn't believe my eyes i didn't sleep for two nights before test i have 15 months old baby and my little one was sick, i went on test exhosted i was praying to get thru my test god was there and he listened and helped. my point is that just studying is not enough you have to believe in your god and after in yourself. i am so grateful to my lord and thank him for one more miracle. thank you everybody for reading my message and god bless you all and good luck. pray pray and pray again besides studying.

Congrats,
I'm encouraged .i have 2 kids too and it has been a tough battle.I'll put in mare effort and take my exam ..soon.I know God can help us through this USMLE battle though tough its doable.

congrats Mana,thats a great score,especially with a kid,u must have had a hard time studying,im really inspired by ur post,hope everybody gets through their USMLE exams,can u just tell us tehg list of books u used,thanks,

Congrats.... i remember u very well u scored 430 in nbme and i answered u that u will get around 85%

iwrote about my studying everything, i used just kaplan notes and last week read secrets, did uw qbank i loved it, for two months. nms q, kaplan qbank.

hi guys for some reason step1 forum people don't want to anticipate in my q i have q you know already i passed step2 now i need to concantrate on step 1 failed before got 73 please help i don't know how to start very confused and scared i don't want to fail again what to do how to start, i am planing to use kaplan books, besides kaplan q bank what source i should use for q. please somebody respond you helped me before and i' am counting on you.maybe somebody have same experience what you think step2 knowledge will help in pathology? or i still need something for pathology besides kaplan.

hi mana70,
i saw that there's a lot of people prepping for step 1 making their own diaries or schedule. Or if u want u can view the recommended schedule under step 1. it would show the schedule fr. wk 1 to wk 4
etc.. so visit the site for rec. & the books they're reading. GL.

you deserve it. I read a lot of laments here from people, but the ones I truly feel for are the ones with family and married. You people give me inspiration because if you can overcome all that adversity, why cant everyone else who are not in a similar predicament. I too did not get enough sleep when I sat for my exam but it was mostly nerves that did it and not a baby. Well, good luck and I wish you all the best.

thank you noelle and i wish you best luck too . i think main thing is not to give up. guys let me ask you this did you blackwell test for step1 ,? what you thnk about it how close to the real thing, i did few days ago an got accumulative 73 what you think i should consider taking the test in may or i should push it forward i know i am asking high patetical q but anyway your feedback will be appreciated, best luck all of you .
