A 62yo man presents with chills, fever,dysuria,urinary frequency,diffuse low back pain,and an xquisitely tender prostate on rectal exam.The insurgical intern on the ward, tried to do a rectal exam twice, to confirm the diagnosis and search for any other additional findings. This can cause.......
1.Renal failure
2.Septic shock
3.Pyelonephritis
4.prostatic abscess
5.Hemorrhage into prostate

SEPTIC SHOCK............is the answer........
NEVER TRY TO BIOPSY OR DO MULTIPLE/REPEATED EXAMINATIONS IN PATIENT SUSPICIOUS OF ACUTE PROSTATITIS...........IT CAN TRIGGER SEPTIC SHOCK!!!!!!!!!! sad
