osteamyelitis and osteochondritis please explain deeply

how deep? Ostemyelitis is inflamation of bone marrow, most commonly caused by Staph. In some cases like SCD, Salmonela is common offender. Osteochodritis is inflamation of cartilagenous ending, most common cause is trauma/abactirial.

and osteoarthritis is that inflammation of synovial sheath

personally I'd call it synovitis
