It's the truth - technically, I can't even see patient information because my position doesn't call for me to be looking at records. The only exception would be the hospitals who actually have an official observership program - even then, you wouldn't be able to handle a medical record.

it all depends on the physician who gets u to sign a confidential letter ( university based ) and thus he can allow u to do so . I am doing it and they have no probs with me looking into it.
