Im not sure but I think it is probenecid. A DRUG USED IN TREATMENT OF GOUT. because probenecid can increase uric acid excretion. Probenecid depresses tubular secretion of certain weak acids such as PAH. Therefore, patients receiving probenecid will have erroneously low ERPF and TmPAH values. :roll:
