i indicated on page 15 of CAF that i will provide deans letter but due to some unforeseen circumstances i will not be able to provide the deans letter in time. what willl happen in my case.? will ecfmg send pseudo-MSPE or my application will remain incomplete? please help!!!!!!!!

If you marked caf as yes then ECFMG won`t provide your Dean`s letter.
Try to get your letter. If you can`t thats ok, its not abig deal especially if your application is strong.
