A man working as a menager in a big company, the job is very stresfull and he is working 10-12 hours a day. He eats mostly unhealty foods (burger, fried potato etc.) and takes some amount of alcohol and smokes cigaret.
He is diagnosed as a peptic ulcus.

the best mode of initial treament recommended is change in lifestyle, i would imagine it includes options A, B, C, D.

where have you got this question from?the first step would be to treat the ulcer using PPI+2 anti H.pylori drugs(LAC regome for eg) and then promote lifestyle changes.

Above are all lifestyle modifications w/c is very impt. for this pt. but I think smoking cessation would be the first choice since this is the one that decreases mortality the fastest, although ur question is simple.
