Hello BBB
I got my first interview today  , but it is going to br in three days. I am IMG, my English is poor  What I can do???
They invited me to a dinner the night before. Is it important to assist? Should I go with my wife?
How can I hidden my poor English?

Sorry, but you will not be able to hide your poor English - you will need every bit of English that you possess. After all, you have to be able to communicate with your patients.
Speak only English - that's the best way to become more fluent.
