I started off with Kaplan medpass along with Q-bank and Q-book, then I tried NMS, BSS, webpath CD and medrevu(which has a fair number of NMS questions and I didn't like the format too much). I also mastered BRS patho & phys and finally, got webprep to relisten some of the lectures. What else do I need to do to make passing a foolproof?? I put all I have and oh, I also signed up for an intensive live lecture. I thought it would be nice to communicate with people who are planning to take the exam around late Sept/early Oct, maybe we can share some useful pointers. Email me to medlee007@hotmail.com if interested!

Hi! I'm taking my exam in September/October as well. I've taken off a year from a US medical school to complete a masters. If you'd like a study partner, let me know. Take care, Martha

Hello Martha, yes, I would like to be your study partner. I just sent you an email with more details, so feel free to leave a message either in the forum or to my email. What's your most troublesome subject? Mine used to be pharm but I tackled it down pretty okay with FA+Katzung. Now, it's biochem! it's been my worst subject even back in undergrad. Any suggestion?

Sure, the more the better I guess... Maybe we can set up a schedule to follow since all of us are planning to take the exam at about the same time frame. For instance, we decide to review endocrine chapter next week. We can either follow by organ system or by subject and try to come up with 20 high-yield points each... or something like that, it's just a rough idea. Either online or calling works fine for me.

Hello Robal, I have discussed with couple of future examinees about how to set up a study session. We agreed to select high-yield topics instead of all the disciplines. I was thinking organ system based approach is more beneficial at this stage of prep, for instance neuroanatomy + neurophys + ANS and CNS pharm together. Then again, it seems challenging to find the right time and method through which we can have a discussion because of our geographic barrier.
