Whats the difference between filtered load and filtration fraction? Also when does filtration fraction decrease?

Filtered load = GFR x plasma concentration Filtration Fraction = GFR/RPF Basically FF is the the fraction of Renal plasma flow that is filtered across the glomerular capillaries., so how much comes in and how much of that is filtered. FF normally is 0.20, meaning 20% gets filtered out of the plasma coming in. A ureteral stone or an increase in the protein concentration of plasma would both decrease Filtration fraction.
