I think it is ok to do cvs/rs exams because the results can change the patient management.

Cardiovascular (CVS) exam and respirator (RS) exam. I know aspirin is the 1st step but the Q is do you give aspirin or you do 2 min CVS/RS exam. What do you think?

ASA is always first! It would take 2 seconds and it could save the life of the patient. Take 2 ASA 325mg and then you do the rest.
