Sorry i must agree with you.Self made Q from a point that come across during my study and wanted to share with the forum :oops:

how it goes : you have low testosterone levels --> low EPO --> normocytic anemia
( drugs used in prostate cancer - flutamide,leuprolide - block testosterone synthesis )
sorry for not mentioning the drug- sorry if the question was -as you said - nebelous
