question format for Step 2 vs Step 3

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone knew what the questions in the Step 2 CK were geared towards...I thought it would be more towards "what is the dx", whereas management of the patient would be something Step 3 focused more on. Does anyone know what the MAJORITY of the questions for the CK are on, diagnosis or management?
