Hi

thx God that there are such wonderfull people like in this forum. It is like a big family of the very experienced grin .

Your advice is needed. I am an international med student.

Last year I did not pass step 1 as I didn't take it seriously (thought that as all med exams I will pass it without problems). Now I am in my final (last) year, something like 3 or 4th year in US. This sommer I passed clinical exam from 25 subjects, but barely remember all of that. I have my last year of medicine studies and it is only like rotation in internal medicine (which I thx God may do in US), surgery and pathology.

My dream is to take that challange to go through all those steps in order to get the residency in the best teaching country in the world.
1) What would u recommed me to do first: step 1, as this is the basis for all other steps???, step 2 as that is the field that I have reviewed briefly lately???, cs as I am in US and need not to go sepcially for it another time to US???? :? Please help me to solve it as your the most experienced and your advice it crucial for me. I will be VERY gratefull for your every tip.

I would also appreciate every tip:
2) from which material is it the best to learn from to pass those steps really good. I can work really hard, but know that the 50% of success is the right plan of learning, from what should I study the best (reading once again those stuff, but from US books, do Q???, or both???)and

3) how long should I plan to prepare and when is the best time to take those exams. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE give me some clues.

May God bless u all in your every day and good luck for the mach!

hey goodness

you cannot appear for step 2 cs unless you have either step 1 or step 2 ck passed.....i think the best approach for u would be to take step 2 first and then step 2 ck....and yu can take step 1 later
