Which are the irreversible enzymes in glycolysis?

This is important coz gluconeogenesis is the exact reversal of glycolysis but since these three enzymes are irreversible.

In gluconeogenesis:

Pyruvate kinase is replaced by pyruvate carboxylase and Phophoenolpyruvate carboxykinase.

PFK-1 is replaced by Fructose 1-6 Bisphosphatase.

Glucokinase is replaced by the enzyme Glucose - 6 phosphatase
