Dear Docs, can any body please tell me that if they were provided with an extra copy of the doorway info at the station? I know some people who had to get up each time to look at the door.

yes there was an extra copy of the case inside the patient room, i even checked it during the exam part, but not on the desk where we r writing the patient note after the encounter...
