I was reading the CS Booklet on USMLE website and, under the section titled "Other Case Formats" it says: "In some instances you may be instructed to perform a physical examination that relates to a specific medical condition, life circumstance, or occupation. Synthetic models, mannequins, or simulators provide an appropriate format for assessment of sensitive examination skills such as genital or rectal examination, and may be used for these cases." What does this mean? Does this mean that we need to practise Genital & Rectal exams? How do we do that? Do you think we will do CPR? I have two weeks left for my exam. I panicked. Not that I haven't ever done this in medical school but still, would there be a US way to do that? Thanks Nessie
