What is the average age that a child can groom themself eg. brush teeth+ (1 hint)they can also hop on 1 foot at the same age??

according to first aid, kids can hop on one foot at 4. My little cousin is OBSESSED with brushing her teeth and does it three times a day and she has just turned four.
what do you think?

4 years. but i think child can do the bursh at 2 years of age also.

There are always exceptions but for qs like this th e brain has to be trained in :
1)How the ECFGM thinks.
2)Average age in a developed country
3)statistics mode mean range etc.
4)What psychological test have shown
