hello BBB! First off I would like to compliment you for your kindness, we donīt find many people like you out there! my question is... i live outside the US, and I will be going to Chicago in mid november to take my step 2 CS. My intention was to do my interviews during the same trip (as that would save me a lot of money). However, Most of the programs I applied to didnt send me aything yet, not invitations nor rejections. And I neeed to start planing the trip, buying tickets etc... So I was thinking about emailing the programs by the end of next week (if i still dont get anything from them), explaining the situation and asking about my application status. But I am afraid it may sound "bad", or sound like I am rushing them. And I really dont want them to think anything bad about it. So what do u think? Do you think I should go ahead and email them, or maybe I would be better off waiting and not disturbing them with emails right now? Thanks you in avance for your help and kindness! Hemoglobin

It doesn't sound bad, it sounds honest. But if programs are still reviewing applications, the PC may not have an answer to give you about your application.
