I am an Egyptian citizen, and a medical student. This year (2004-2005) I am finishing my pre-clinical academic program. I'm planning to go to America next year, and to my knowledge I need to apply for a USMLE licence in order to transfer to any American medical school. Can I get this license in Egypt, or do I have to get it in America? What are the steps I need to take to complete the process? How can I transfer my 3 preclinical years?
