3.Mr . fahmad was working in hematology lab . he draw blood from a healthy man that is voultarily giving his blood for research purpose . he count the white blood cell of different types during morning taken blood all in the normal range. during after noon taken blood when he count the white blood of different types all is ok but on of white cells in the normal range but have marked less count as compare to morning. which of the fowolling white cell give this scenerio

3) C (It is referring to a cell that shows diurnal variation. Eosinophils are actually higher in the morning--though I was told that this is absolutely useless knowledge wink. Basophils also show diurnal variation, but their numbers are lowest in the morning).

well i don't agree with 4 bein A....coz neutrophils after performing certain amonut of phagcytosis(eg. infection) gets autolyzed ....when the actue phase is over they are replaced by monocytes......

any comments...

.thnx sakaki abt the diurnal variation....even i neva bothered going to tht extent regarding diurnal variation....

Yeah, I must have read 4 too quickly. It really doesn't look like (A) to me anymore, though I'm not quite sure what the correct answer would be then. Any suggestions?
