3) C (It is referring to a cell that shows diurnal variation. Eosinophils are actually higher in the morning--though I was told that this is absolutely useless knowledge  . Basophils also show diurnal variation, but their numbers are lowest in the morning).

well i don't agree with 4 bein A....coz neutrophils after performing certain amonut of phagcytosis(eg. infection) gets autolyzed ....when the actue phase is over they are replaced by monocytes......
any comments...
.thnx sakaki abt the diurnal variation....even i neva bothered going to tht extent regarding diurnal variation....

Yeah, I must have read 4 too quickly. It really doesn't look like (A) to me anymore, though I'm not quite sure what the correct answer would be then. Any suggestions?
