i have read goljan book and his audio.Do i need to read kaplan pathology book also ? is there any important and additional information?i hv my exam in couple of weeks ,can u suggest please?

Considering ur exam is in few weeks I wud not recomend reading new material.Besides If u have read Gol text book and listen to his lectures I don't think there is any need of reading kaplan or any other book.
