Well I am a fmg and prepared alone in Norway. I used the McGraw Hill series of "Current Medical/surgical/etc diagnosis and treatment" series with the NMS pediatrics and Robbins pathology and then I took the "pretest" series and NMS tests. I had a lower score of about 85-95% on these tests but a similar score on the ECFMG CD-rom tests. I just worked hard. Took a test in the morning. Studied all day. Looked at pictures before I went to sleep. Since I worked parallell to my studies it took me 6 months to prepare. I did have some reading sores on my elbows at the end  My advice is stay at it and keep fit with regular excerecises and activities. A lot of transpiration and some deeply seated inspiration is what is needed. Good Luck :!:

Step 1 = scientific principles Step 2 = diagnosis Step 3 = treatment According to doctors that I have met. So far this has been my experience too.
