hi i am a working in UK as Sho and in a 4 year rotation training scheme now i want to give usmle but am confused as i have no idea where to start ,what to read, how much time it takes to prepare for it etc
kindly pass on some info.

Check the Books and resources on the top of this page.
Also, find some time to read the replies in this forum esp the exam experiences.

kaplan is the outstanding source for usmle.besides that you can also follow goljan for pathology and FA for all subjects.at the last yoy can do the q bank or nbme questions.... 
hope this helps.....my suggestion is DONT EVER FOLLOW TOO MANY BOOKS,JUST STICK TO ONE BOOK FOR ONE SUBJECT...EVEN THEN I WOULD SAY KAPLAN IS THE BEST :idea: :idea: .and dont neglect goljan. :lol: :lol: :lol:
