step 1 80, step 2 87, Masters in Pediatrics, Board certification in Pediatrics, post MD 5 years experience in Pediatrics in a prestigious instituition in India, applied for 100 pediatircs, Just one interview so far, Is that okay? or alarming signs........?
Does any one suggest what should do I do?
willing to join on any visa, pay or no pay!
Can any one suggest any way out of this?

I think you should take step3 ::very_confused::
I don't know where you are but most of the clinics here ask step3 results also

where did you apply? Did you try NY and Chicago and then rural non-university affiliated programs???
