Board certification means all usmle exams passed. They issue a certificate on passing step !, step CK, and CS. If you have that certificate then say yes on ERAS.

passing all the three exams of ECFMG (usmle step 1, step 2 ck, step 2 cs,) makes you eligible for ECFMG certification, and it is very clearly asked whether you are ECFMG certified.Board certification , on the other hand is when your residency is over and you get board certified .We have National Board of Examinations in India, and they certify us for the chosen speciality in which we have done our residency. For example, I have done my residency in Pediatrics , and I am Board certified in Pediatrics.(Diplomate of National Board in Pediatrics).Every country has a Board , and here US graduates appear for USMLE through National Board of Medical examiners.Since they are asking , which Board, if you are Board certified in India, you may write , YES , Board certified, and for which board, you may write National Board of examinations, New Delhi, India. As such Board qualifications carry a lot of weightage here in Western world.. All the best
