I'm on OPT and is valid till March 2005. I have filed my H1-B visa (regular processing) for company 'A'. I received the receipt number (so, i'm in this year's qouta?!?). I haven't yet been placed on a project yet with the company (so, no pay stubs yet)
Another company 'B' is now willing to transfer H1-B (once the first petition gets approved). Kindly help me out on the following issues:
1. Now, can I fasten up the first petition processing (using premium option) and file a petition for H1-B transfer (premium as well) without any hassles such as pay stubs etc
2. If the above is not feasible or is tough without pay stubs can anyone please suggest me what has to be done ASAP.
