Angiography showed partia obstruction about 3 cm distal to the origin of the right femoral artery.
The left was ok.
Mean arterial pressure in the left femoral artery=100 mmHg ( bloodflow=500 ml/min), mean art.pressure in right fem.art= proximal to obstruction = 100 mm Hg, and distal of obstruction=80 mmHg. Bloodflow in left fem.art=300 mm/min)
The mean venous pressure was 10 mm Hg in the left and right femoral veins.
Q1. The resistance to blood flow in the vascular bed perfused by the right femoral artery was:

in all the three questions formula is:
resistance R=P(pressure drop in the vessel)/Q(flow)
and in 2nd question the total resistance is calculated as u would do for 2 parallel circuits

there should be a correction there to avoid the confusion;
