Hello tdr,
I assume that they are same....... International is printed in low quality paper ..... becuase of that it's cheaper! Lecture notes for domestic sale is on quality paper and good prints .... so it costs little more! But the info in the books are same i think!

hi evry one ..i have been seeing this great site for the preparation of MLE & no doubt its the best...if some other sites r too...give me the link....i am an IMG 7 just started my prep 4 s1 with Keplan lecture notes ...i like to have the expert advice of ppls who score well ...esp 4 the patho & physio....& all other subjects.actually like to know the best books & best time one shud giv to the 7 subjects in order of their proportion in test.hopingin anticipation.Thanx
