(Not sure of this one; it depends on the patient's presentation. If having feature of UTI, go for it, at least, do UA)

2. Which is better and cost effective- Cervical DNA probe for chlymadiae &gonorrhea OR just cultures??

(Cervical DNA probe is better and cost effecitve)

3.Do we do vaginal culture after seeing trichomonas on wet prep??

(NO need.)

4. In high rish pts-eg multiple sexual partners-- Which is done HIV with ELISA or HIV1 AND HIV1 Serology?/Whats the difference between 2??

(I would use HIV antibody test, which is ELISA. Dont know what is HIV1 AND HIV1 Serology. Can someone tell?)

Would appreciate any help.
