i've talked to some people who've taken the step 1 exam recently and they all said that its not like q bank... theres ALOT on physiology..esp lots of graphs,ands calculations :shock: 
and stuff on genetics too...i dont know guys,i'm doing kaplan's q bank, notes,the physio qbank, and FA ..later on i want to do nms..is this enough?
this is really freaking me out.

the real exam is not as terrible as its made out to be.u're doing q bank which will give u a fair estimate of how the exam will look like.dont worry concentrate on what u r studying,keep working on the q bank, it will help u answer questions on the exam.if u want u can take the nbme ,coz its pretty close to the real exam too.all the graphs u need to know are in the kaplan books and on q bank,u just need to understand them well.good luck.
