if is finish a block early, do i get more break time? or do i just have to finish the exam earlier? i called the testcenter and they really werent too clear about this...they were just intent on making sure i understand the consequence of taking too many breaks...

If you finish your test block early,you have two choices.You can either use that time for your break or to review your answers on that block.
you can also go ahead to the next block directly if you want to leave early.
But you better add that time to your break time or review your marked items.
