A 6-year-old boy has a large intra-abdominal mass in the midline just above
the symphysis pubis. During an operation, a cystic mass is found attached to the umbilicus and the apex of the bladder. The most likely diagnosis is:

A. hydrocele
B Meckel’s cyst
C. Meckel’s diverticulum
D. omphalocele
E. urachal cyste

if its attached to the bladder it should be a urachal cyst, remnant of the allantois...?
