No, they aren't totally useless. Again, try for the best letter that you can get.

Is it necessary(better) that the recommendation letters be from our medical college professors?OR can we get them from the doctors we worked for who r not that senior & not that accomplished academically.Is the content of the letter more important or seniority of the person writing it.bbb,please tell us.

In my experience, the content is more important that who it's from. I tell my applicants that it's more important to have a letter from someone who knows you and your work ethic than from someone who knows that you attended and passed. Good luck
